Kabin Ekibinin Mesleki Tükenmişlik Düzeyinin İncelenmesi: Bir Özel Havayolu Şirketi Örneği

Abstract: Tükenmişlik, hayata ve çalışma ortamına karşı olumsuz tutumların geliştiği, kişisel anlamda yetersizlik duygusunun oluştuğu, zihinsel ve fiziksel açıdan yıpranmışlık, geleceğe dair umutsuzluk, çaresizlik gibi belirtilerin görüldüğü bir durum olarak ifade edilebilir. Tükenmişlik, her meslek grubunda ortaya çıkabilecek psikolojik bir rahatsızlık olmakla birlikte özellikle hizmet sektöründe çalışan bireylerde daha sık görülebilmektedir.
