This article examines the involvement of citizens who are limited by the election mechanism, namely Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections which regulates the 2019 Election, the regulation regulates the provision of ballots for only 2% (two percent) of the DPT for each TPS, while the DPT as the reference, there are still problems in the form of anomalous data, large voter participation resulting in a shortage of ballots during the election. The research methodology used is in the form of qualitative research and combines a sociological juridical approach, this research area is in Riau Province using primary data. The results of this study indicate that there is a shortage of ballot papers, due to the large number of voter participation in the election, but not registered on the DPT or DPTb, many voters go to polling stations using only electronic ID cards or other identities, these voters who experience a shortage of ballots and cannot vote , the solution to overcome this problem is to increase socialization so that voters register in the election and do not lose their right to vote, as well as improve the accuracy of DPT data collection. The brain is a vital organ in the human body that acts as the center of the human nervous system. Brain-computer interface (BCI) uses electroencephalography (EEG) signals as information on brain activity. Hospitals usually use EEG as a diagnosis of brain disease. Combining EEG as part of IoT (Internet of Things) with high mobility is challenging research. This research tries to make a low-cost BCI framework for motorcycle riders. Analysis of brain activity from EEG data when motorcycle riders turn left or turn right. Therefore, the method of further installation must produce the right features to obtain precise and accurate brainwave characteristics from EEG signals. This research uses the concept of IoT with software engineering to recording human brain waves so that it becomes a practical device for the wearer. The purpose of this study is to create a low-cost BCI framework for obtaining EEG Data.

Crimes against property without using violence, in this case, are theft and burglary is the type of crime that is most common every year. However, home security needs a security system that is more efficient and practical. To overcome this, an internet of things (IoT) is needed. This research evaluated the performance prototype by reading distance from the radio frequency identification (RFID) reader using E-KTP and quality of service performance (i.e throughput and delay) from application android. This research design smart door lock using RFID sensor, passive infrared sensor (PIR), solenoid as door locks, buzzer, led, E-KTP as RFID tags and also android application to controlling and monitoring made with android studio is connected to NodeMCU V3 ESP8266 as storage data and connect with firebase realtime database instead of conventional keys. This research focuses on performance prototype and quality of service from features application is work well. Related to previous works, our evaluation shows that the performance prototype can read identity card (E-KTP) with a maximum distance is 4 cm, and performance quality of service for an application show that throughput and delay with a perfect index according to standardization telecommunications and internet protocol harmonization over network (TIPHON) depending on what features are being evaluated.
