Abstract: ÖZHipertansiyon, anjina pektoris ve kardiyak aritmi gibi kardiyovasküler problemlerin tedavisi için sıklıkla kullanılan ilaçlardan olan kalsiyum kanal blokörlerinin, yan etki olarak dişeti büyümesine neden oldukları bilinmektedir. Kalsiyum kanal blokörü olan amlodipin, hipertansiyon tedavisinde antihipertansif bir ilaç olarak kullanılmaktadır.
