Precision farming is a modern agricultural technology using various ITs. This technology is considered very potential to be applied for developing soybean production in Indonesia. This is because with the use of conventional technology it is difficult to achieve maximal productivity as expected, especially with the limited facilities and infrastructure. Based on research results, precision farming is able to increase productivity and farming efficiency, reduce negative impacts on the environment and increase farmer’s income so that it can support sustainable farming management. Precision farming is very prospective to be developed in Indonesia to increase soybean productivity and production to support the achievement of soybean self-sufficiency. Support for the implementation of precision farming has been provided by the government, the private sector, and also farmers. The success of implementation of precision farming is greatly influenced by the development of IT technology, especially those related to various aspects of soybean cultivation.

This study aims to discover the symbolic interactionism perspective of teachers or subordinates towards the principal at SMA Nurul Jadid. To achieve the objectives of this study, researchers used a qualitative approach, with a type of phenomenological research. The subjects in this study were teachers and subordinates at Nurul Jadid High School. At the same time, data collection is done through interviews and observation. The study results show that the leadership behaviour of the principal at SMA Nurul Jadid leads to transformational leadership based on intelligent and breakthrough social communication. The process of symbolic interaction between the teacher or subordinates and the principal of a pesantren-based school is mediated by the values used to represent an object. The values that are built include; the value of integrity, the value of simplicity, and the value of dedication. These values occur based on the subordinate's meaning of the principal's behaviour, which creates a symbolic world at Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo High School.

Pendidikan merupakan sesuatu hal yang sangat penting. Keberhasilan dalam Pendidikan tidak terlepas dengan adanya bantuan dari teknologi, namun teknologi tidak hanya bisa berdampak postif tetapi bisa juga berdampak. Untuk menanggulangi dampak negative tersebut perlu adanya penguatan karakter pada peserta didik salah satunya adalah penguatan karakter integritas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mendeskripsikan bentuk penguatan nilai karakter integritas pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Hizbul Wathan. 2) Mendeskripsikan factor pendukung dalam penguatan nilai karakter integritas pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Hizbul Wathan di SD Muhammadiyah Kleco II. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, pembina Hizbul Wathan, dan peserta didik. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk penguatan nilai karakter integritas di SD Muhammadiyah Kleco II dilakukan dengan beberapa kegiatan system berkelompok atau beregu seperti tali temali, membuat dragbar, membuat tenda, dan perkemahan. Faktor pendukung dalam penguatan karakter integritas pada ekstrakurikuler Hizbul Wathan di SD Muhammadiyah Kleco II yaitu kebijakan sekolah, pembina, dan sarana prasarana.
