Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect used of Eleocharis dulcis extract on fish fillet catfish (Pangasius sp.) which stored cold temperatures. Several stages were carried out including sampling, sample preparation, sample extraction, and making fish fillet catfish (Pangasius sp.).
