Abstract:Susu sapi mengandung zat gizi yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh manusia, namun susu mempunyai umur simpan yang relatif singkat, serta mudah mengalami kerusakan akibat cemaran mikroorganisme apabila dibiarkan terlalu lama pada suhu ruang.
