Karate Training Improves Metabolic Health in Overweight and Obese Adolescents: A Randomized Clinical Trial

Abstract: Purpose: This study evaluated the effects of 12 weeks of karate training on cardiometabolic parameters, oxidative stress, and inflammation in adolescents with overweight and obesity.
