Abstract:In this study it was aimed to isolation and identification by PCR of specific agent from ovine footrot in Kars district and thus determination of prevalence of disease. To this end, 8,970 sheep belong to 10 different flocks were examined clinically, and in 1532 of these (17.07%) were found lameness for various reasons.
