Abstract:Since Turkey has different ecological conditions, it allows the cultivation of various fruit species. Among these fruits, apricot (Prunus armeniaca L.) is one of the most consumed fruits with its beautiful color, taste and aroma, high vitamin A and dietary fiber content.
