The paper discusses the issues of parental liability for civil offenses committed by children (minors). Obligations of civil liability for damages also belong to persons who actually supervise children, if a tort occurs. The non-contractual responsibility for damage caused by children issue is resolved by the rules of obligation law, in a similar way as in comparative law, although the existing practice does not show sufficient efficiency in procedures related to compensation for damage. Rapid changes and technological development broaden the field of parental responsibility for compensation for damage caused on social and other virtual networks, although there are still no appropriate solutions.
