Abstract: Genetic testing is crucial in inherited arrhythmogenic channelopathies; however, the clinical interpretation of genetic variants remains challenging. Incomplete penetrance, oligogenic, polygenic or multifactorial forms of channelopathies further complicate variant interpretation.
