Vector-borne mosquito diseases are still as a public health problem in the world, including in Indonesia. Many of mosquitoes species are significantly as vectors of patogen, such as virus, bacteria, protozoan, and helminths due to human health. Samborejo Village is one of filariasis endemic areas and it is still in a high mf-rate. Each of mosquito species has a differential of distribution, bioactivities pattern, and type of habitat of their breeding sites with others. The objective of this study was to determine the diversity, dominancy, and periodicity pattern of mosquitoes during night time in Samborejo Village Tirto Distric Pekalongan Regency. Mosquitoes collections were done by landing method, from 6 pm - 6 am of in an hour period of collection, for biting and resting activities and also for indoor and outdoor collection respectively. Mosquitoes were then identified and the diversity was analized by Shannon-Wienner Index. The total number of each species was served in percent. Totally there were 339 collected mosquitoes, consisting of 165 (48.67%) females and 174 (51.33%) males. Of all, there were 4 species identified which were Culex quinquefasciatus (92.1%), Culex tritaeniorhynchus (0.6%), Culex vishnui (1.8%), and Aedes aegypti (5.5%). Samborejo Village showed in low diversity with the index of 0.338, and Cx. quinquefasciatus to be the dominant species in this area. Culex quinquefasciatus also became the frequent species in each period of collection for indoor and outdoor, and it showed the indoor active biting at 9 pm, 01 am, and 03 am; furthermore, the outdoor active biting was at midnight (00) and at 03 am. However, Aedes mosquitoe was showed active biting in earlier, it was at 6 pm, 7 pm, and at 02 am.

The school situation is very important to note. Schools with good school situations can bring up maximum learning outcomes, while negative school situations can cause learning experiences that lead to negative emotions such as stress, depression, and suicide. Islamic boarding schools need to assess whether the environmental situation is positive or negative. Assessment of the pesantren situation by students can be carried out using the School Well Being (SWB) approach. Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) is a boarding school in the Muhammadiyah environment which is spread both in villages and cities. This study wants to see an overview of SBM SWB in cities and villages, also wants to find out whether there are differences in SBM SWB in cities and villages. The method used is the mix method, using a quantitative and qualitative approach. The result is the second SWB of MBS in the good category. There is no difference in SWB between the two urban and rural MBS. The qualitative results can be read further in this journal.

Abstract. The vector-borne disease remains a health problem in Pandeglang District. Entomological data isimportant in the strategy of controlling the vector-borne disease. This study aimed to determine thedistribution of mosquito larvae based on specific habitat and ecosystem typea. This research is a secondarydata analysis of Rikhus Vektora 2016 in Pandeglang, Banten Province. This type of observational researchwith cross-sectional study design. The purposive sampling technique is used based on geographical andecosystem stratification. We found 12 types of environments of the six types of ecosystems (HDP, HJP, NHDP,NHJP, PDP, and PJP) that had larvae: forest (secondary, homogeneous, and coastal); lagoon; brackish waterswamp; bamboo clumps; rice fields; plantations; and residential areas. The most ecosystem types werelarvae in HJP (160 larvae) and the least larvae in NHDP (9 larvae). Species of larvae are 16 types: rice fields(Cx. vishui, Cx. tritaeniorhynchus, An. barbirostris); small hole in the ground (Anopheles sp., Culex sp.);coconut shell (Ae. albopictus, Ar. malayi, Ar. kuchingensis, Malaya sp, Culex sp.); armpit taro leaves andbanana leaves (Ae. albopictus, Malaya genurostris); freshwater swamp (Cx. vishnui, Cx. gelidus) andbrackish water (Anopheles sp.); riverside (Anopheles sp., Cx. quinquefasciatus); ditch (Culex sp.); pool (Cx.quinquefasciatus); lagoon (Anopheles sp., Culex sp.); bamboo stumps (Ae. albopictus); Limnocharis flavagarden (Culex sp.); and used bottles (Ae. albopictus). The characteristics of larvae habitat: temperature (25-33oC); pH 8-9 (67.3%); light intensity (115-32,000 lux); vegetation (12.7%); algae (3.6%); water istemporary (61.6%), inundated (78.2%) and clear (50,9%).Keywords: Habitat, Ecosystem, Larvae Vector, Pandeglang
