Abstract: ScopeAlcoholic liver disease (ALD) is the leading cause of liver‐related deaths worldwide. Kefir has been studied for its properties of anti‐obesity, rebuilding intestinal homeostasis, and alleviating non‐alcoholic fatty liver disease.
