The objectives in this study are to determine the benefits of arabica coffee farming in Jampit Village, Ijen District and to analyze the feasibility of arabica coffee farming in Jampit Village, Ijen District, Bondowoso Regency. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. Descriptive method is a method for analyzing data by describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make general conclusions or generalizations. The quantitative method is a type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned and clearly structured from the start as far as the research design. The results showed that the profit of arabica coffee farming based on analysis using NPV is Rp. 30,621,659 over a period of 4 years, it was said to be profitable and based on NPV analysis obtained at an interest rate of 6% produced a positive NPV value of Rp. 19,613,917 .09 is greater than zero (NPV > 0) then it is said to be feasible. Arabica coffee farming in Jampit Village, Ijen District, Bondowoso Regency is feasible based on the analysis of R/C Ratio, Net B/C and IRR. Based on the R/C Ratio analysis, the result is 1.82 which is greater than 1, so it is efficient. Based on the Net B/C analysis, the result is 0.82 which is less than 1, which means it is not feasible, and based on the IRR analysis, it produces an IRR value of 58.62. % is greater than 6% (interest rate) then it is stated to be feasible because it meets the investment criteria.

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the feasibility of coffee farming at the level of farmers who cultivate coffee beans and at the level of home industries in South Konawe Regency which produce packaged ground coffee or known as the brand name (Anoa Coffee). The parameters used to assess the financial feasibility of coffee farming are by calculating the value of R/C, NPV and NBCR at interest rates of 12% and 35% of farming and coffee powder processing businesses. Based on the R/C ratio, a value of 16 is obtained, this shows the benefits of coffee farming, where every IDR 1,000,000 invested in coffee farming will generate 16 times the income. The NPV value of coffee farming has a value of IDR 36,141,085, supported by an NBCR value of 2.04, and the ground coffee processing business by CV. Kopindo Sukses Bersama obtained an NPV value of IDR 10,153,539,739, and also an NBCR value of 2.05, meaning that smallholder coffee farming in South Konawe Regency is financially profitable and feasible to develop.

Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas perkebunan yang memiliki peranan strategis bagi pertumbungan ekonomi. Pengembangan kopi di Kabupaten Manggarai dihadapkan pada masalah endahnya produktivitas kopi rakyat karena umur tanaman kopi yang sudah tua. tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis karakteristik petani kopi rakyat (2) menganalisis kelayakan usahatani kopi di Kecamatan Cibal Barat, Kabupaten Manggarai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Cikal Barat, Kabupaten Manggarai. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposive atau sengaja dengan pertimbangan bahwa Kecamatan Cikal Barat merupakan salah satu sentra pengembangan kopi di Kabupaten Manggarai. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 39 orang. Analisis kelayakan finansial usahatani kopi di Kecamatan Cibal Barat dilakukan dengan menggunakan 3 kriteria investasi usaha yaitu Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C), serta Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan usaha tani yang dilakukan maka usaha tani kopi di kecamatan Cibal Barat di kategorikan masih layak untuk diusahakan. Hasil analisis NPV sebesar Rp 20.094.015, dengan Net B/c 1,26 dan IRR sebesar 23,56%. Rendahnya manfaat bersih yang diterima oleh petani disebabkan karena umur kopi yang sudah tua serta kegiatan budidaya yang masih sederhana
