Abstract: ÖzetKendini sabote etme davranışı, bireyin bir işi ya da görevi yerine getirebilecek kapasitede olmasına rağmen, bu işi başarıyla yapıp yapamayacağına yönelik endişe yaşaması ile karakterizedir. Bireyler performanslarını önemsediklerinde, ancak başarı olasılıklarından şüphe ettiklerinde, benliklerini korumak amacıyla kendini sabote etme davranışları sergilemektedirler.
