Technological developments have impacted all sectors, including the education sector. This requires the education sector, especially the learning sector, to be innovative. Be innovative in implementing learning, one of them is using e-learning such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and others. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using LMS in the lectures of Teacher Professional Education (PPG) students. This research is experimental research, with a sample of PPG students. Data analysis using N-Gain and t-test. Based on the research results, it was found that student learning outcomes had increased. As many as 77.8% of students' learning outcomes were of medium criteria, and 22.2% were high. Based on the t-test results, using LMS media can effectively achieve learning outcomes in PPG student learning evaluations. This research for Islamic education management implies that it can be a reference for future researchers to study the use of LMS in distance learning in Islamic educational institutions more profoundly and comprehensively.

Penulisan artikel ini merupakan kegiatan studi literatur yaitu dengan meneliti berbagai sumber artikel yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan dan tujuan dari penelitian. Data yang dibutuhkan dikumpulkan melalui studi tekstual dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Pemanfaatan LMS dalam pembelajaran memberi kemudahan bagi Lembaga Pendidikan dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran, pembelajaran dapat diakses dari berbagai tempat dan waktu yang tidak terbatas, serta pembelajaran dapat terlaksana dengan lebih sederhana. Penggunaan LMS juga membuat pembelajaran lebih fleksibel dari segi waktu belajar serta membuat peserta didik lebih mandiri. Guru juga dapat memantau aktivitas peserta didik melalui LMS secara detail. Hasil yang didapat berdasarkan literatur yang dikaji antara lain: (1) LMS merupakan media yang banyak diminati dalam pembelajaran daring yang ditandai oleh tingkat kepercayaan yang tinggi sebesar 82,2% (2) LMS memiliki kelebihan dari fitur – fiturnya yang lengkap dibanding media daring lainnya sehingga pembelajaran berlangsung lebih variatif (3) Pembelajaran menggunakan LMS maupun kombinasi model pembelajaran berbasis LMS telah terbukti dapat meningkatkan aktivitas, hasil belajar, serta motivasi peserta didik dengan kategori “Baik” (4) Penggunaan LMS dapat menciptakan kemandirian dalam belajar antara rentang 78,8 – 81,5 dengan kategori sangat tinggi.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of online learning in achieving educational goals through understanding the material of international course subjects. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving 87 students as research participants. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, interviews, and tests to measure students' understanding of international course materials. The results indicate that online learning effectiveness was rated as good based on an average questionnaire score of 55.25. Meanwhile, test results showed that 50.57% of students had a good understanding of the material, while 48.27% were below the proficient level. Thus, online learning is considered effective in enhancing understanding of international course materials. These findings highlight the importance of integrating technology in the learning process to achieve educational goals effectively.
