Abstract: Kepuasan kerja dosen dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal dan hal ini dapat meningkatkan atau menurunkan kepuasan kerja mereka. Jenjang Jabatan Akademik merupakan salah satu prediktor untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja dosen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah ada perbedaan kepuasan kerja berdasarkan Jenjang Jabatan Akademik.
