Abstract: Kota Saumlaki merupakan ibu kota Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara Barat, yang secara geografis berada di ujung Pulau Yamdena bagian selatan dan merupakan bagian dari Pusat Kegiatan Strategis Nasional (PKSN) Saumlaki di Provinsi Maluku.
