Abstract: Pengembangan pulau kecil untuk pemanfaatan ekowisata alam memiliki keterbatasan, salah satunya ukuran yang relatif kecil, sumber daya alam dan manusia yang terbatas sehingga aktivitas pemanfaatan wisata bahari pada ekosistem terumbu karang rentan menimbulkan dampak.
