Abstract: Abstrak Ketidakmerataan ketersediaan fasilitas kesehatan, tenaga kesehatan dan kondisi geografis yang sangat bervariasi, menimbulkan potensi melebarnya ketidakadilan pemanfaatan kesehatan pada masyarakat di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia.
