Key and Smart Actions to Alleviate Hunger and Poverty Through Irrigation and Drainage

Abstract: In the pursuit of information to support policies and actions to alleviate hunger and poverty through irrigation and drainage, this paper attempts to provide correlations between water scarcity, communities and poverty.
