“…The importance of ISO 14001 in the context of improving the SSCM is supported by Chiarini [80] and de Sousa Jabbour and co-authors [81], who claim that based on the requirements of ISO 14001, a firm can develop a multi-stage model for developing partnerships with suppliers in supply chains and also is improving the green efficiency. Also, Wu et al [82] emphasize that enterprises in developing Asian countries treat ISO 14001 as a very important element of SSCM. “…Several authors made attempts to select suppliers under sustainability perspective by using various methods (Dubey et al , 2017; Freeman et al , 2015; Lee et al , 2009; Humphreys et al , 2003; Chen et al , 2019; Hashemi et al , 2015; Faisal et al , 2017; Govindan et al , 2015; Wang Chen et al , 2016; KhanMohammadi et al , 2018). Various authors analyzed the factors for implementation of GSCM (Singh et al , 2016a, b; Luthra et al , 2016; Wu et al , 2017; Sharma et al , 2015; Gandhi et al , 2015; Vanalle and Santos, 2014), and there are some papers which explored the pressures, drivers and barriers in implanting green practices into supply chain (Govindan et al , 2014; Jayant and Azhar, 2014; Mathiyazhagan et al , 2013, 2015; Wang et al , 2016; Diabat and Govindan, 2011). Several authors developed various performance measurement frameworks to address various issues related to green supply chain performance and to explore the status of GSCM implementation of various organizations (Hervani et al , 2005; Bhattacharya et al , 2013; Dey and Cheffi, 2012, Dey et al , 2015; Kafa et al , 2013; Björklund et al , 2012; Taticchi et al , 2013; Katiyar et al , 2015; Tuni et al , 2018; Tuzkaya et al , 2009).…”
