Key frames assisted hybrid encoding for photorealistic compressive video sensing

Abstract: Snapshot compressive imaging (SCI) encodes high-speed scene video into a snapshot measurement and then computationally makes reconstructions, allowing for efficient high-dimensional data acquisition.
