Abstract:BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:
A safe working trajectory is mandatory for spinal pathologies, especially in the midline, anterior to the spinal cord. For thoracic cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks, we developed a minimally invasive keyhole fenestration.
