Kindergarten Teachers’ Mindfulness in Teaching and Job Satisfaction: A Moderated Mediation Model

Abstract: Objectives Based on the theory of meaning construction, this research aims to examine the relationship between mindfulness-based instruction and job satisfaction among educators working in kindergarten settings.
