Kinetic analysis of alcoholic fermentation using intermediate and by-products of sugar beet processing in laboratory bioreactor

Abstract: Bioethanol production in batch culture by free Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells from intermediate and by-products of sugar beet processing was investigated.
