“…As indicated in Figure 4, after 60 min of incubation the activity of the Antarctic enzyme decreased to 20% at temperatures higher than 45 C, and was completely inactivated at 60 C. Otherwise, PgiCA, the mesophilic enzyme, retained its activity up to 60 C (Figure 4) at all incubation times.
