Kinetic investigation of the planar Multipole Resonance Probe under arbitrary pressure

Abstract: Active plasma resonance spectroscopy (APRS) refers to a class of plasma diagnostic methods that use the ability of plasma to resonate at or near the electron plasma frequency for diagnostic purposes.
