Kinetic modelling and bifurcation analysis of chemomechanically miniaturized gels under mechanical load

Abstract: Chemomechanically responsive gels, with great potential applications in the fields of smart structures and biomedicines, present autonomously oscillatory deformation driven by the Belousov-Zhabotinsky chemical reaction.
