“…Anti-reflection and anti-fingerprint coatings based on maleic esterified CNFs, prepared via semi-dry esterification modification with maleic anhydride, have been demonstrated by Yang et al 307 Hubmann et al reported the grafting of a photocurable group, 3-isopropenyl-α,α-dimethylbenzyl isocyanate, onto a polyether polyol containing CNCs. 308 Its robust applicability as an adhesion promoter in UV-curable coatings with optimum mechanical attributes to reduce adhesive failure was noticed.
