Kinetic Studies of Potent Thiosemicarbazone Inhibitors of Cruzain

Abstract: Cruzain, a cathepsin L‐ and B‐like enzyme, is the major cysteine protease from Trypanosoma cruzi, the causative agent of Chagas' disease which is a major public health problem in Latin America.
