Kinetics And Mechanistic Oxidation Of L-Cysteine Using By –Bromo Pthalimide In Presence Of Chloro – Complex Of Pd (II) As Homogenous Cataylst In Aqueous Aectic Acid Medium
Abstract:Spectrophotometric study of oxidation of Palladium(II) chloride catalyzed L-Cysteine in aqueous acetic acid medium has been studied. Present research work focus on effect of various parameters on oxidation of L-Cysteine. Parameters varies during the study of reaction is concentration of L-Cysteine, Palladium(II) chloride and effect of salts on oxidation phenomenon. As a conclusion oxidation reaction was found as first order reaction with respect to L-Cysteine, Palladium(II) chloride and Perchloric acid.
