Abstract:Phase separating AB alloy systems can be divided into two groups: strongly and weakly segregating binary alloys. In a strongly segregating system desegregation can never be established, whereas in weakly segregation system, both segregation and desegregation can occur depending on the overall composition of the system. In order to get information about the time evolution of a slab, we used a numerical solution of Martin's deterministic kinetic equations. In case of strongly segregating spinodal systems an inte… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
