Abstract:Chiral functionalities exhibited by systems lacking any mirror symmetry encompass natural optical activity, magnetochiral effect, diagonal current-induced magnetization, chirality-selective spin-polarized current of charged electrons or neutral neutrons, self-inductance, and chiral phonons.
