Kırgızistan Devlet Üniversitelerinde Çalışan Öğretim Elemanlarının İş Doyumu

Abstract: Bu araştırmanın amacı, Kırgızistan Devlet üniversitelerinde çalışan öğretim elemanlarının iş doyum düzeylerini incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Kırgızistan'ın Bişkek şehrinde bulunan 11 devlet üniversitesinde görev yapan öğretim elemanları arasından rastgele seçilen 381 öğretim elemanına anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında Minnesota İş Doyum Ölçeğinin 20 maddelik kısa formu kullanılmıştır.
