Kisspeptin in the hypothalamus of two rat models of polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract: Hyperandrogenism, disturbance of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axis followed by elevated serum luteinizing hormone (LH) levels, and insulin resistance are involved in the complicated pathophysiology of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
