Abstract: Background. Menstrual cycle disorders (MCD) are common among adolescent girls.Objective. To study the level of plasma kisspeptin in adolescent girls with obesity and MCD.Design and methods. The study included 80 adolescent girls with obesity. Group 1 — with MCD, group 2 — without MCD. Inclusion in groups 1 year or more after menarche.
