Abstract:REM Behavior Disorder (RBD) is a sleep disorder characterized by the loss of normal muscle atony (loss of paralysis) during Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep, where sufferers act on dreams that can result in physical injury to individuals or their sleep partners.
