Klasterisasi Menggunakan Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering Untuk Memodelkan Wilayah Banjir

Abstract: Every year during the rainy season the problem of flooding in the province of East Java is a frequent disaster. Based on the records of the Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) from 2014 to 2015 there were 574 flood disasters in the province of East Java.
