Klebsiella Meningitis

Abstract: Acute bacterial meningitis is a severe CNS infection occurring mostly in infants and older children. Bacterial meningitis caused by gram-negative bacteria is usually fatal. Klebsiella pneumoniae is an uncommon gram-negative bacteria causing meningitis with a poor outcome.
