Klinisch-pathologisches Ansprechen der HBsAg-positiven, chronisch aktiven Hepatitis auf Adenin-Arabinosid: Fehlende Korrelation mit dem Verhalten der DNS-Polymerase

Abstract: Fifteen patients with HBsAg-positive, severe chronic active hepatitis, nine DNA polymerase (DNAP)-positive and six negative were treated with intravenous adenine arabinoside (Ara-A) in a dose of 10 mg/kg/day for five consecutive days during each of two consecutive weeks.
