KLK3 SNP–SNP interactions for prediction of prostate cancer aggressiveness

Abstract: Risk classification for prostate cancer (PCa) aggressiveness and underlying mechanisms remain inadequate. Interactions between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) may provide a solution to fill these gaps.
