The traditional fuzzy Petri nets (FPNs) rarely contain the affective features when making reasoning decisions, primarily because the existing affective computing model is not suitable to be described directly in FPNs. In order to solve this problem, this paper introduces an attribute coordinate system and puts forward the affective representation and computing model based on the extraction and integration relationship between the attributes of things, which describes the affective change curve according to the cognition of the thinking subject to the attributes of the decision object. With this new model of affective computing, it is more convenient to utilize a qualitative mapping model and fuzzy qualitative judgment rules to express affective decisions and conveniently describe affective attributes in FPNs. A reasoning decision case illustrates the proposed method's feasibility and advantages.

Intuitionistic fuzzy entropy is an important concept to describe the uncertainty of intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs). To fully measure the fuzziness of IFSs, this paper comprehensively considers the deviation between membership and non-membership and the influence of hesitation, constructs the general expression of intuitionistic fuzzy entropy based on special functions, and proves some of its major properties. Then, it is verified that some existing intuitionistic fuzzy entropies can be constructed by specific functions. Finally, based on a specific parametric intuitionistic fuzzy entropy, this paper applies it to evaluate the regional collaborative innovation capability, to verify the feasibility and practicability of the entropy. In addition, the effectiveness and practicability of this entropy in decision making are further illustrated by comparing it with other entropy measures.

With the advancement of global informatization process, the development of online recruitment enterprises shows a continuous growth trend. Moreover, the growth rate has long been higher than the average level of the information industry. The adjustment and improvement of industrial structure has become an important means for the sustainable development of online recruitment enterprises. In order to further improve the development level of enterprise online recruitment performance, this paper proposes an improved intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and further proposes an intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method optimized by adaptive ant colony algorithm. Select the sample system and finally determine the index system. Finally, the performance of the improved intuitionistic fuzzy set and TOPSIS method is evaluated. The results show that the improved intuitionistic fuzzy set based on adaptive ant colony algorithm and TOPSIS method proposed in this paper is obviously superior to other methods in optimization ability, stability, convergence speed, and running time and can be better applied to practical work. The improvement of the average performance level of online recruitment enterprises in 2022 mainly depends on the improvement of recruitment and appointment level. Enterprises also need to strengthen recruitment and appointment and optimize the company's performance management as a whole.
