Knowledge seeking and anonymity in digital work settings

Abstract: Research SummaryEmployees often need knowledge from colleagues to complete tasks successfully. With distributed and remote work becoming more common, organizations increasingly rely on digital technologies, such as organizational platforms, to support members' knowledge exchange.
