Abstract: Straipsnyje aptariami komandinio darbo ypatumai švietimo organizacijoje, remiantis pedagogų požiūrio empirinio tyrimo rezultatais. Pateikiamos remiantis įvairiais kintamųjų ryšiais išryškėjusios švietimo organizacijų komandinio darbo tendencijos ir problemos. Pagrindinės sąvokos: komandinis darbas, švietimo organizacija, vadovavimo stilius.
