Kombucha–Proteinoid Crystal Bioelectric Circuits

Abstract: We propose "kombucha−proteinoid crystal bioelectric circuits" as a sustainable bio-computing platform. These circuits are hybrid biological-inorganic devices that utilize crystal growth dynamics as the physical substrate to convert information.
