Komitmen Organisasi Karyawan dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

Abstract: Komitmen merupakan bentuk yang penting dan mendasar yang mana konsep tersebut banyak digunakan dalam penilaian sikap individu di berbagai lingkungan, termasuk juga lingkungan perguruan tinggi.
