Abstract:Along with the times, edamame has good prospects for development. This prospect can be seen from the high demand for exports of around 100,000 t year-1. However, Indonesia is only able to fulfill about 3% of it. The lack of fulfillment of the export market for edamame is due to several constraints in its development.
