Konnatale Schädelimpression

Abstract: Ein reifes Neugeborenes einer III. Gravida, II. Para wurde nach unauffälliger Schwangerschaft bei pathologischem Kardiotokogramm, Polysystolie und mekoniumhaltigem Fruchtwasser per Sectio caesarea entwickelt. Der pH des Nabelarterienblutes war 7,03, als Apgar-Werte wurden 1/4/7 nach 1, 5 und 10 min vergeben. Das 3250 g schwere Kind bot eine 5 × 7 cm grosse, 1,5 cm tiefe, feste Impression links temporoparietal, ohne Ödeme oder Hämatome der Weichteile in diesem Bereich bei unauffälligem neurologischem Status.
