The act of misrepresentation in a monetary establishment is something that can be a significant danger to the maintainability of an organization's business. As a result, it is critical that efforts to prevent fraud are made to lessen the impact on stakeholders and customers. One way to do this is by putting good corporate governance into place. This study aims to determine how the presence of a sharia-compliant supervisory board in an Islamic bank, one form of good corporate governance, reduces the financing of fraudulent activities. The method of conducting the literature review and the qualitative research approach were utilized, and secondary data were used as the type of data. The findings of this study indicate that an Islamic bank's maximum application of good corporate governance is thought to be capable of preventing the practice of fraud financing. This is especially true when the Islamic supervisory board is maximized in supervising the implemented operations that have met the sharia compliance aspect. The presence of a sharia supervisory board is not only a distinguishing feature between Islamic banks and conventional banks; it is also a representation of the implementation of GCG. Fraud dapat didefinisikan sebagai penyimpangan atau perbuatan melanggar hukum (Illegal Acts) yang dilakukan dengan sengaja, untuk tujuan tertentu Penipuan dalam pandangan Islam adalah perbuatan tercela, karena sudah merugikan orang lain. Jika manusia melakukan penipuan maka orang tersebut tidak menghargai kejujuran dalam mencapai suatu tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel independen yaitu Shariah Compliance terhadap Fraud sedangkan Kinerja Keuangan sebagai variabel mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari Laporan Tahunan dan Laporan Good Corporate Governance 2015-2019 Perbankan Syariah yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan software Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), khususnya Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Islamic Corporate Governance berpengaruh negatif terhadap Fraud; Islamic Corporate Governance berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kinerja Keuangan; Kinerja Keuangan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Fraud; dan Kinerja Keuangan Memediasi pengaruh Islamic Corporate Governance terhadap Fraud. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian asosiatif atau relasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Musi Hutan Persada Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang berjumlah 108 orang. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah sampling sensus yang diperoleh 50 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Serikat Pekerja dan Hubungan Industrial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kesejahteraan Karyawan Tetap pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.

Mosque is a non-profit community organization, where the purpose of its establishment is not to seek profit, so this objective makes it different from commercial organizations. "Takmir" (manager of a mosque)as a manager, has the responsibility and trust of the congregation. This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The level of a good trust can be improved by consinously improving the quality of variabels so that the mosque organization managed can run properly and correctly and the congregation's trust can be achived. When the good mosque governance concept with the principles, internal control and services are used properly, it will be able to improve organization performance. Congregation's trust in the takmir to improve the performance of the mosque's organization can be achieved by increasing the ability, kindness and integrity of the takmir. The congregation's trust in the takmir will affect its intensity in participating in activities organized by the mosque, in which it will directly affect the performance of the mosque's organization. For Next research, it is recommended to add a variable of the concept of leadership from organizational managers. The participation variable from the congregation and the community, and professional variables, Professional someone will have a positive and significant impact on the quality of work.
